Deep water, a short walk from Mizner Park
Golden Harbour is the waterfront corner of the Golden Triangle, on the neighborhood’s east side along the Intracoastal Waterway. Its homes line Golden Harbour Drive, Phillips Drive, Silver Lane, Kay Terrace and NE 14th Street, most of them on canals with private docks and direct Intracoastal access.
Owners have a dock out back and Mizner Park’s restaurants, shops and amphitheater within walking distance. Original homes here are steadily being replaced by new waterfront construction, and the newest homes on the widest water set the top of the market.
